Jeff Miller | Co-Head Coach

Jeff
is a perfect LMYA coach: he believes a strong stroke foundation is the
key to recreational swimming. His coaching objectives are
1.
Technique. He believes there is a direct relationship between a
quality streamline off the block and faster times. Expect to see lots
of streamline and stroke practice.
2. Have fun. When a team has fun, the energy produces high performance. Expect good cheers and team support during the meet.
Jeff’s philosophy is achievement through fun and smart swimming.
