Each swimmer may enter two individual events for which they qualify. Individual Medley is considered an individual event. Free and medley relays do not count toward the swimmer's entry limit.
Meet Entry ObligationsYour Official Entries for the County Championship is the meet entry. You must verify the accuracy.
Steps to complete Meet Entry1. Download the
Hy-Tek Entry File for Team Manager.

2. Complete your County Championship entries using the Entry List.
3. Submit your team Entry and Roster File via email to
CountyEntries@lmyaswim.com and bring them on a USB stick on August 10, 2009. Email entries and rosters are only accepted on or before August 7, 2009.

4. Print and sign swimmer meet entries for your team.
5. Download and complete the
Relay Worksheet Form. Include a minimum of four (4) swimmers names entered for every medley and free relay.
6. Download and complete the
2010 Team Representatives form. Future correspondence will be sent to this person.
7. Complete the
Team Worker Assignments form. Contact names and telephone numbers are required.
8. Prepare a check payable to “LYMA” for your total entry fees.
9. Attend Meet Entry Day.

When: Monday, August 10, 2009: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Late entries are not accepted.
What to Bring:
1. Entry fee check, payable to LMYA.
2. Final Meet Entry submissions, a signed hard copy to validate all submissions.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the meet entries.3. USB Drive containing your meet entries and rosters, even if they have been submitted by email.
